Seminar 1 – Traditional Taiji Fan (Tai Chi Fan)

Taiji Fan practice is full of elegance and beauty. Moreover, it also brings the same therapeutic benefits of Taiji practice with regard to improving quality of life and physical functions. Taiji Fan is suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. The forms weave the eye-catching fan dancing – each fan may symbolize an energizing happy heart – into the graceful movements of Taiji. Taiji Fan can be done as individual or as group activities.

Seminar 2 – Taiji for Longevity and Taiji Push-Hands

There are many different forms of Taiji nowadays. Generally, Taiji is classified into traditional Taiji and modern Taiji. Traditional Taiji include Chen, Yang, Wu, Wu/Hao, and Sun style. Modern Taiji has far more routines, either a simplified or a combined variation of the traditional styles. No matter what style of Taiji you practice, Master Wuzhong Jia will teach you how to achieve longevity with Taiji, how to practice self-defense with Taiji, and Taiji push-hands.
