* What is the Satellite Tournament?

It's where we bring the LEGENDS of Kung Fu to you! After many years of the Taiji Legacy & Legends of Kungfu Championships in Dallas, participants requested for more similar events in the local area - in case they missed it or want more practice on a more local & less intimidating stagefront.

* When is the Satellite Tournament?

It's usually held twice a year - once in the Fall and once in the Spring.

* What advantages are there to competing?

Competitors that compete in the Satellite tournament get discounts towards the Dallas Main Event.

There's also a chance to prequalify for the Grand Champion titles. There's only one chance at the Dallas Main Event, but with the Satellite tournaments, there are now up to 3 chances to qualify!

The more you compete, the better you get. So there's always an advantage to doing more competitions!

* Who can attend? Is it just for the locals in that area?

Everyone is invited to all Satellite events, regardless of where you are from. In other words, a Spring Satellite tournament held in Temple is NOT restricted to only Temple locals. And a Fall Satellite tournament held in Houston is NOT restricted to only Houston locals. And of course, whether competing in the Satellite events or not, everyone is still invited to the Main event in Dallas!
