Qinna Applications & Counters Workshop at Legends of Kung Fu 2013

Earl Portnoy, the Grandmaster of the Shui Huo Kung Fu system is set to host a workshop on Qinna Applications & Counters at the 2013 Legends of Kung Fu Tournament in Houston, TX on Friday the 19th of July at 7:00 pm – 8:20 pm.

Earl Portnoy has been teaching this system since 1972 and Yang Tai Chi since 1975. The Shui Huo system incorporates all elements of combat including 45 weapons. Grandmaster Portnoy has developed and instructed Close Quarter Tactics for the: Federal Air Marshals; Texas Army National Guard; City, State, Federal and International Law Enforcement Agencies, as well as Federal consulting firms for overseas assignment.
