Earl Portnoy

Description.

Earl Portnoy is the Grandmaster of the Shui Huo Kung Fu system. He has been teaching this system since 1972 and Yang Tai Chi since 1975. The Shui Huo system incorporates all elements of combat including 45 weapons. Grandmaster Portnoy has developed and instructed Close Quarter Tactics for the: Federal Air Marshals; Texas Army National Guard; City, State, Federal and International Law Enforcement Agencies, as well as Federal consulting firms for overseas assignment. He is regularly invited to teach seminars throughout the world. He served as the AAU Chinese Martial Arts National Chairman from 1998-2003 and has been inducted into six different Martial Arts Halls of Fame.
